Iman created the first wheelchair basketball inclusion team is Sidon, Lebanon, and a gym for people with cerebral palsy to come and practice in it. She has held many events and involved able players from the first division in Lebanon to come and play with her team, and was the technical adviser for ICRC to make the first National Wheelchair Basketball League in Lebanon. She is now assistant coach of the first National Lebanese team. Having studied sports for people with disabilities at university, she is also using this knowledge to educate many across Lebanon and to help create spaces and environments that suit the needs of people with disabilities so that everyone can play.
