Aida is an ultra runner whose longest run was 575km in 12 days. She is a role model for the Capsters sports hijab and uses her role to raise funds for various causes, including the Hong Kong 9 Dragons Ultra in aid of Free To Run which educate and empower women and girls in Afghanistan.
