Amina is the founder member of a number of initiatives in Ireland, such as Hijabs and Hattricks, Diverse City FC, Hijabs and Hoops. She won the 2015 Beyond Sport Award and is an Ambassador for the Council of Europe’s “No Hate Speech” movement.
